Nothing new from the visit of DP leader Sali Berisha to the Parliamentary Assembly of the European Commission in Strasbourg, who at today's press conference said that he had denounced the government's affairs, repeating them today.
Berisha stated that internationals were introduced to Rama's authoritarian regime, as the only one based on drug cartels, and that the prime minister's ghost "haunted" the corridors of the EC Assembly for several days, where the affairs that, according to him, the head of government is politically defending were also denounced.
"The great threat that Rama poses to European countries is enabling his coordinator to transmit all security data and secrets to the enemies of our country and NATO countries. I can tell you that for three days in the halls of the temple of democracy, the ghost of the head of the criminal organization Edi Rama was most despised! Citizens will speak and Albanians will recognize the most powerful protest they have ever known," he said.
Berisha added that the government can only be overthrown by a citizen reaction and warned that the opposition is preparing a second protest, which according to him he has never seen before, without specifying the date of its holding.
The leader of the DP described the January 24 protest as powerful, although, according to him, it was actually a "déjà vu" of the 2019 rallies, where citizens gathered, clashed with the police and, in the end, everything returned to normal with Rama in government.
