The Special Court of Appeal decided to reduce the sentence for former Tirana Municipality officials, accused of one of the factions of the 5D file.
The prison sentence for the former director of "Tirana Parking", Eglantina Zere, was suspended and the former official was placed on probation for a 1-year term.
The sentences of the defendants Enkelejda Qyta, Bruno Koçi, Rivjola Baxha, and Kristo Zhulati were also commuted and they were placed on 12 months of probation.
