Debates and retorts were recorded in the Committee on Legal Affairs during the presentation of the draft law "On the Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism", where at the center of the clash were the Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja, and Democratic MP Gent Strazimiri.
The discussions between the parties were accompanied by strong tones, while Strazimir addressed the majority with irony, declaring: "Include a payroll, because Ulsiu is passing you today."
On the other hand, Manja urged the opposition MP not to turn the political debate into an obstacle to the country's European integration process, linking the legal initiative to the obligations that Albania must fulfill in this process.
The clash continued with retorts between Manja and Strazimir, as the discussion on the draft law shifted to political accusations and counter-accusations between the majority and the opposition.
