
Daniel Pepa, accused of killing Flori Paluc in Manzë after a fight over an espresso, surrenders to the police. Pepa was wanted by the police, while the people who helped him escape were arrested earlier. Daniel Pepa's friend, Aranit Kurti, was also killed in the incident.
Four people have been arrested by police in connection with the incident that occurred the day before outside a bar in Manëz, where 33-year-old Flori Paluçi and 23-year-old Aranit Kurti were shot dead. Ergi Kadiu, 25, Erald Cani, 21, and the two brothers Taulant and Emirjan Beqja, 37 and 34, were arrested, all accused of failing to report a crime.
In addition to the perpetrator of Paluç's murder, Daniel Pepa, 30-year-old Gëzim Allci has also been declared wanted on charges of illegal possession of weapons, failure to report a crime, and aiding and abetting the perpetrator of the crime.
21-year-old Daniel Pepa entered the bar and argued with the waiter and Flori Paluçi, who was in the bar with several others, including Erald Cani, who was arrested for failing to report a crime. Pepa argued after asking for coffee, while waiter Alteo Pepa told him that the espresso machine was turned off. After the verbal conflict, Daniel Pepa left in a vehicle and later returned with Ergi Kadiu and Aranit Kurti. As they attempted to re-enter the bar, Flori Paluçi came out and fired a gun on the ground.
At this moment, Daniel Pepa shot Paluçi with a firearm, wounding him, while Aranit Kurti punched him in the face. Paluçi, according to the police, shot both of them. Aranit Kurti was killed by the bullets, who was shot by Paluçi, while the latter was killed by Daniel Pepa.
