The severe weather situation in several regions of the country continues to be alarming. Intense rainfall and strong winds have caused flooding, landslides, damage to road infrastructure and power outages in dozens of villages, isolating some areas and putting residents' homes and livestock at risk.

The situation in the Lezha region remains problematic, especially in the Mamurras and Milot Administrative Units in Kurbin, where water has receded from some areas, but the consequences are significant for properties and infrastructure. In the Mirditë Municipality, some areas continue to be isolated due to landslides and road damage. The villages of Shengjergj and Klos in the Fan Administrative Unit are completely blocked, while the main road to Kurbnesh is closed. There are also problems in Orosh, Kaçinar and Rrëshen, where the bridge connecting the village of Jezull to the main road has collapsed.

Four families were evacuated in Delvina and two in Finiq, after the water in their homes reached 50 cm.

In the Elbasan region, dozens of villages remain without electricity, while road axes have suffered damage from rocks, trees and alluvium. In Memaliaj, the level of the Vjosa River has reached 6 meters, threatening flooding, while residents are advised to evacuate their livestock. In Gramsh, the river in the village of Kërpicë threatens several homes, and authorities have sent fire trucks and firefighters for emergency intervention.
