At the request of the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Fier, citizens LH and MM were found guilty and sentenced to 25 years in prison for the criminal offense of "Murder under qualifying circumstances" in a manner dangerous to the lives of many persons, committed in collaboration, remaining in the attempt.
At the conclusion of the investigation and trial on criminal proceedings no. 150/2023, the Prosecution managed to prove that the defendant LH, with the aim of revenge for the murder of his brother, RH, collaborated with the defendant MM, to whom he ordered the physical elimination of citizen MH.
According to the investigation, on March 30, 2023, at around 4:00 PM, in a place called “Pisha”, Garunjë village, Lushnje, the defendant MM, after being informed about the license plate of the vehicle of citizen RH, obtained a firearm and shot eleven times at the vehicle. From the attack, BS, a passenger in the front seat of the car, was injured, while citizen MH, the target of the attack, managed to escape by increasing the speed of the vehicle.
