Elbasan Police have solved the incident that occurred on the evening of November 28 in the "Vullnetari" neighborhood, where gunshots were reported. According to investigations, the conflict between the people involved had started several days earlier.
Authorities report that a few days before the incident, there was an argument for weak motives between citizens EC and BB, during which EC damaged the window of BB's vehicle.
On 28.11.2025, the conflict escalated, involving citizens BB, EC, Xh. B. and Sh. B. It is suspected that the gunfire was directed at the apartment of citizen FP, where EC lives.
The police also report that EC did not report the incident, while citizen DK is suspected of having deleted the security camera footage of his apartment, located near the scene of the conflict, hindering the investigation.
For this incident, criminal proceedings have been initiated against citizens BB (E. Ç.), 48 years old; DK, 47 years old; and EC, 24 years old. Meanwhile, the police have declared citizens Xh. B., 40 years old, and Sh. B., 50 years old, relatives of BB, wanted.
