SPAK announced the claim against former traffic chief Roven Zeka and requested a sentence of 4 years in prison for the charge of corruption committed in collaboration.
Due to the shortened trial, his sentence was reduced to 2 years and eight months in prison. It was eventually commuted to 3 years of probation.
The same sentence was requested for officer Sokol Novaku, while a sentence of 1 year and 6 months was requested for the other co-defendant Bledi Belba. Zeka, Ilir Prda's confidant, and his subordinates are accused of taking 2 thousand euros to avoid arresting a woman who was involved in an accident.
