Strong details are revealed in the SPAK investigative file that hit a structured criminal group led by Aleksandër Laho, known as Rrumi, who is suspected of having alienated hundreds of hectares of land on the Durrës coast.
According to the special prosecution, Laho offered property to Aldo Avdyli with the intention of using it to eliminate his opponents, Plarent Dervishi and Edmond Koçi alias Mond Çekiçi, Lulzim Berisha.
Aleksandër Laho survived the assassination attempt on the Shkozet overpass on November 1, 2019 in Durrës on the vehicle of Durrës prosecutor Arjan Ndoj.
Rrumi and Ndoj were injured, while the driver Andi Maloku was killed.
Earlier, in June 2019, Plarent Dervishaj also survived an assassination attempt in Koxha along with his two friends.
In the SPAK file, what stands out is the fact that Rrumi and Avdyli were worried, while making plans for the assassination, if Edi Rama ran for MP in Durrës, as his going there could paralyze them a little in their work.

The SPAK file states that "Aleksandër Laho has illegally acquired a large number of properties, which in some cases he has promised or given as a reward to people he needed to use to achieve his goal, the elimination of his opponents, Plarent Dervishi and Edmond Koçi alias Mond Çekiçi, Lulzim Berisha, are also revealed in the conversation dated September 14, 2020, that Aleksandër had with the SkyECC user QICTIT, identified as Elidon Avdyli, alias Aldo Avdyli"
In this conversation, at 13:57:20, Aleksandr wrote: "comrade, the head of the group is Luli, first, Cekja, then this guy Lenti... these guys run the city's game... the others are passive... incorrigible."
Aldo replies: "You're absolutely right, brother... This is what someone is putting you through... And for me... They've got it... Yes, I'm a lulu, I say... Luli... Let's go straight... He wants it... You just have to decide."
Aleksandr writes: - "Let's remove the censure... because censure is their brain on the ground... because they have the city in control... plus they have gathered all of Arjan's opponents... because Arjan and Vangjushi no longer want to see him with their own eyes, let alone what belonged to him... because he made mistakes".
Aldo writes: "Oh brother, we need 10 victims...for the rest of the year...if this Rama comes here...we can't beat him too much...he'll kill us..."
Aleksandr replies: "She's really annoying me too... Rama... she's coming here, she's paralyzing us a bit... I thought about it right away when I found out."
