Amar Shkëmbi alias Dritan Shkëmbi is expected to be extradited from Dubai to Albania.
Shkëmbi was wanted by SPAK for attempted "murder of public officials", "murder in other qualifying circumstances" resulting in death.
He is accused of the attack on the Shkozet overpass on November 1, 2018, which left 1 person dead and two injured. Durrës prosecutor Arjan Ndoj, now a DP MP in the Assembly, and Aleksandër Laho, known as Rrumi, were injured in the attack. Driver Andi Maloku was killed.
