
The Administrative Court dismissed the lawsuit of Naureda Llagami, which sought the annulment of the Supreme Court's decision and appointment to the Constitutional Court to succeed Chief Justice Holta Zaçaj.
Llagami received 8 votes, but was not appointed after failing to reach the required quorum. The Supreme Court appointed Asim Vokshi after he was ranked first on the list by the Constitutional Court. According to Llagami, the 9th vote that would have automatically sent him to the Constitutional Court was deliberately declared invalid. But her claims have been dismissed by the Administration.
