The Anti-Terrorist Officer at the State Police Directorate, Igli Haxhiah, who according to SPAK was part of the criminal group led by Elvis Doci, known as Visi i Pojës, not only sold investigation secrets in exchange for bribes, but there are strong suspicions that he was also involved in drug trafficking.
The Special Prosecution Office has analyzed all of his communications on the encrypted Sky EÇ application with other people suspected of being members of the group, one of whom is Dario alias Denis Myftiu.
"During the investigations, other communications made by citizen Igli Haxhiaj with other persons were analyzed. From the analysis of the content of other communications made by citizen Igli Haxhiaj, it is established that he maintains communications with various persons and communicates about the trade of various types of narcotics," the SPAK file states.
Below are conversations between Haxhiaj and one of the group members. They exchange, among other things, photos of various quantities of cocaine with the corresponding codes.

"In the communications carried out by citizen Igli Haxhiaj through the SkyEÇ application, there are also other conversations with other users of the SkyEÇ application in which they communicate about the purchase, sale and transportation of narcotics.
From the investigative actions so far, no evidence has been found that any quantity of narcotics has been seized in any case and as a result, no expertise has been conducted as to whether the substance is or is not a narcotic or what its quality is. However, the conversations and communications conducted prove beyond any doubt that citizen Igli Haxhiaj and other persons communicate precisely about the sale, purchase or transportation of narcotics, regardless of the fact whether these episodes have been carried out or not," the SPAK file states.
