Shkodra Police releases footage of the arrest of Ragip Gila, the suspected perpetrator of the massacre that left two people dead and two injured.
As seen in the footage, at the moment he was stopped while attempting to escape near the Kir River, Gila was wearing a sock on his head and a large bag in his arms.
Inside the bag he also had gasoline to burn the items used in the incident, although his plan failed. The 28-year-old has been charged with murder in other aggravating circumstances, armed robbery, destruction of property and illegal possession of weapons.
