The Constitutional Court will review today in a session based on documents the request of Naureda Llagami against the Supreme Court that appointed Asim Vokshi as a member of the Constitutional Court.
Llagami opposes the decision that declared a vote invalid and, due to the lack of a quorum, remained outside the Court.
The Supreme Court appointed Asim Vokshi after he was ranked first by the KED, even though he received 6 votes compared to the 9 votes that Llagami secured. In recent days, there has been a media campaign against Vokshi as a form of influencing the decision-making of the Constitutional Court.
Vokshi is expected to succeed Olta Zaçaj, whose mandate has ended.
