Ilir Meta will face the Special Court of Appeal again today. This court will review the former president's request to terminate the security measure. Meta claims that the "prison arrest" measure should be terminated, since according to him, the pre-trial detention periods have expired.
Ilir Meta is accused of corruption, money laundering and concealment of assets. The next hearing for the review of the criminal file in the preliminary hearing is today at 11:00.
