The former head of the Albanian Anti-Corruption Agency, Evis Berberi, who is in prison for corruption and tender abuse, has requested a summary trial.
He requests the return of items, deletion of correspondence, and requests that the data obtained from his cell phone not be used.
Berberi was arrested on March 13, 2024 by order of the Special Court after charges of money laundering and corruption were filed against him.
