A video of the assassination attempt in which 43-year-old businessman Edmond Mëhalla was executed on Sunday evening in the city of Elbasan has been released.
The footage shows the moment when the perpetrator approaches the victim's car alone and shoots several times.
The gunman wears a hood over his head to avoid identification by security cameras.
