As part of the operation that targeted Inez Hajrulla's group in Vlora, the AMP, on the orders of SPAK, has arrested police officer Rezart Kuçi. He has been charged with "abuse of office", "drug trafficking" and "structured criminal group".
Currently, Kuçi was the head of the section and expert of the scientific police at the Kukës Police Directorate.
Previously, he was the deputy chief of police station and head of crime investigations at Police Station No. 1 in Tirana. Kuçi also previously held the position of chief of police station and head of crime investigations at the Vlora Local Police Directorate.
