The Vlora Court of First Instance has today ordered the security measure of "prison arrest" for the Italian driver Angela Panzillo. The judge in the case, Fjoralb Behari, has decided that the young woman will remain in prison and she is charged with "violation of road traffic regulations".
A few days ago, the 28-year-old caused an accident on the Vlora-Fier highway, where two people lost their lives. The driver of the pickup truck, 63-year-old Ferdinant Hasani, died at the scene from the violent collision. The passenger, 47-year-old Artan Muho, also died in hospital.
