The Special Court postponed until March 24 the review of the request of the former deputy director of the National Anti-Corruption Agency, Hava Delibashi, for the replacement of the security measure.
SPAK must inform the court about the investigative actions carried out over the last two months regarding the case. Delibashi claims that circumstances have changed and the measure should be mitigated, arguing that, among other things, she is pregnant.
SPAK says it discovered a criminal group in AKSHI led by Ergys Agasi and Ermal Beqiri. Both are on the run, while former AKSHI directors Mirlinda Karcani and Delibashi are under house arrest.
