The Special Court dismisses the request of Eria Ago, Safet Bajri's former partner, for a replacement of the security measure, after her lawyers were absent from the process without a legitimate reason. Eria Ago is suspected of supporting the perpetrators of the crime, as according to SPAK she helped Fatbardh Lici's executioners to leave the crime scene after the mafia assassination. Safet Bajri, Behar Bajri and Astmer Bilali were arrested for the murder of Fatbardh Lici in 2018. The murder is suspected to have occurred for revenge motives between the Bajri and Lici tribes.
