The Fier Prosecutor's Office has sent citizens EN and KK to trial, accused of attempted murder of OB, after a trivial conflict in the "Albes" complex in Fier. The incident occurred on July 30, 2023, when after an argument, EN fired a gun from his vehicle, seriously wounding the victim, while KK was a passenger. The two defendants are accused of three criminal offenses, including "attempted intentional murder" and "failure to report a crime".

Fier Prosecution completes investigations and sends criminal proceedings for trial for attempted murder against citizen OB
The Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Fier has completed the investigations and is sending citizens EN and KK to trial for the criminal offenses of 'Intentional Murder' attempted against citizen OB, 'Unauthorized Possession and Production of Weapons, Explosive Weapons and Ammunition' and 'Failure to Prosecute Crime' provided for in Articles 76-22, 278/1 and 300 of the Criminal Code.
The investigations on criminal proceedings no. 904, year 2023, are related to the event that occurred on 30.07.2023 in the place called “Albes” Complex, which is located in the “Sheq i Madh” neighborhood, Fier, where as a result of a gunshot wound, citizen OB was seriously injured.
After conducting full investigative actions, it was proven that, on 30.07.2023, at around 04.00, the victim OB was sitting in the bar of the "Albes" complex in the company of other people and the defendants EN and KK approached there in a black Audi A8 vehicle, where there was a banal argument between them and then the defendants EN and KK left in their vehicle.
Then, at around 05.30, it turns out that the defendants returned to the bar of the "Albes" complex and had a verbal conflict with the victim, and after the defendant EN got into his vehicle, from inside his vehicle he fired a gun at citizen OB, who was seriously injured. Citizen KK was a passenger in citizen EN's vehicle. After the incident, both people left.
Within the framework of the criminal proceedings, the charge was notified and the citizen EN was taken as a defendant for the criminal offense provided for in articles 76-22 and 278/1 and the citizen KK for the criminal offense provided for in article 300 of the Criminal Code.
