A serious incident occurred in Orikum, Vlora. Llogora Xhebroj raped his wife, Soso Xhebroj, to death. He then committed suicide by shooting himself.
Background/Preliminary information
Today, at around 13:30, a notification was received from the medical emergency that a citizen, in Orikum, was found without signs of life and with signs of violence in her apartment. From the first investigative actions, it is suspected that citizen S. Xh., 40 years old, was killed by her husband, citizen Ll. Xh., 50 years old.
After the checks carried out by the Police services in the area surrounding this apartment, the perpetrator of this incident, citizen Ll. Xh, was found in the garage, suspected of having committed suicide by firearm.
The pistol found at the scene was seized as evidence.
The investigative group, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, continues to work to fully document the circumstances of this event.
