New details from the murder of Hysni Imer from the explosion that occurred in the electrical panel where explosives were placed that was remotely controlled on December 29, 2025 in the Manush Alimani neighborhood in Shkodra.
According to investigators, Gerti Bushati is the person who placed the explosive material in the electrical panel. At the time of placing the material, he had a hood on his head. But as he left, he was stopped in an area not covered by cameras and changed his clothes. From the analysis of the cameras, he was identified and his clothes were also found.
Ergys Ibrahimi, Edison Hasaj and Gjergji Zefi are suspected of being members of the criminal group. According to the police, these citizens, in exchange for payment, in collaboration with each other, on 29.12.2025, using explosives (suspected of being remotely controlled), exploded the electrical panel of the building where citizen Hysni Ymeri lived. The latter was entering the apartment when the explosion occurred and died. The incident is suspected to have been motivated by revenge after the victim's brother was suspected of having committed murder years ago, but later claimed innocence, which was not accepted by the opposing family.
