The Special Court of Appeals upheld the house arrest security measure for the director of AKSHI, Mirlinda Karçanaj, and her deputy Hava Delibashi.
The measure of obligation to appear or prohibition to leave the country for other suspects, including Erion Ismail, former deputy director of Tirana Police, remained in force.

Corruption and Organized Crime. It also prohibited the publication or
disclosure of this decision until the closure of the preliminary investigations, pursuant to Article 103
