
The Special Court of Appeals upheld the house arrest security measure for the director of AKSHI, Mirlinda Karçanaj, and her deputy Hava Delibashi.

Corruption and Organized Crime. It also prohibited the publication or
disclosure of this decision until the closure of the preliminary investigations, pursuant to Article 103
