Ervis Çela, a former resident of Paraguay, turns out to be the main supplier of cocaine to the criminal organization led by Franc Çopja, the latter the head of the Çopja organization, as well as to other exponents, such as Fadil Balla, president of the Erzeni sports club and owner of the Ajman Park complex.
The criminal group was hit by SPAK, after investigations revealed that they had trafficked 16 tons of cocaine from South America to the ports of EU countries, while transferring millions of euros and dollars to Albania, Paraguay, and other countries.
In one of the conversations between Ervis Çela, who is considered a cocaine wholesaler, and his brother Ardjan, who lives in Paraguay, there is talk of a decision to cut off Fadil Balla's cocaine supply, as he owed them over 7 million euros. As for Franc Çopja, he states that he has paid off every obligation.

On October 15, 2020, at 01:57:25, Ervis Çela communicates with his brother living in Paraguay, Ardjan Çela, with whom he has a conversation related to the financial benefits from drug trafficking. Ervis informs Ardjan that citizen Franc Çopja Gërgely will deliver to Albania an amount, which is suspected to be 1 million euros. According to Ervis, Franc has not only paid all obligations, but has credited an amount of 2 million dollars.
Ervis also informs his brother regarding citizen Fadil Balla, whom he refers to as Jul (Fadil Balla's previous name), that the latter has accumulated a very high financial obligation that reaches the value of 7 million and 373 thousand euros. This amount is suspected to be directly related to drug trafficking. Given this financial obligation of Fadil Balla, Ervis is very close to deciding to no longer supply him with narcotics.
During the conversation, Ervis asks his brother if the amount of 20 million, which is suspected to be in dollars, is sufficient to be administered in Paraguay.
"With the weekend's luck, I'll spend 1 million in Albania. He paid it all, he has 2 million plus here, but the rest is in Albania," writes Ervis Çela, who is under indictment along with his three brothers, of whom only one remains wanted, two are in prison, while the fourth brother is under house arrest. Fadil Balla, meanwhile, is on the run. Of the 14 members of the group, 10 are arrested in Albania or are in prison in Belgium.
