The Special Court of Appeals on Tuesday rejected the appeal of Jamarbër Malltez and Argita Berisha, who requested the lifting of the seizure measure against 25 immovable properties.
The second instance decision upheld the Special Court's position, confirming the continuation of the seizure measure on these assets.
The Supreme Court had also previously expressed its opinion on this issue, upholding the decision to seize 25 assets of Jamarbër Malltez.
The seizure of assets was decided by SPAK in the preliminary investigation phase, within the framework of the investigations into the "Partizani" file.
