This afternoon and throughout the next day, moderate to locally intense precipitation is expected in the regions of Shkodër, Vlorë and Gjirokastër. In the other regions, precipitation will be weak to locally moderate and may be accompanied by storms. In the North, East and Southeast, at altitudes above 900 meters above sea level, precipitation will be in the form of snow.
Storms and high rainfall intensity can cause landslides of rocks, debris and water flooding in urban areas, especially in the regions of Shkodër, Vlorë and Gjirokastër, depending on the sewage system.

On the coast: 8–14 °C
In lowlands: 3–13 °C
In mountainous areas: 1–8 °C
The wind is expected to blow medium to strong, mainly on the coast and in mountainous areas.
Authorities advise increased caution when traveling on roads and in flood-prone areas, and to avoid activities in mountainous areas during storms.
