Hysenbelliu, head of the "Focus Group" that includes News24, Panorama TV, Gazeta Panorama, Panorama Sport, Panorama Online and Gazeta Shqiptare Online, strongly condemned the police and military intervention in the premises of his television and media outlets.
According to him, without any warning, court order or legal basis, numerous security forces blocked the entrance, forcibly interrupted the broadcast signal and interfered with the work of journalists and technical staff.
Hysenbelliu calls this action a flagrant violation of press freedom and citizens' right to be informed.
He warned that unidentified civilians entered media premises and took confidential documents and sensitive materials related to serious investigations into corruption and abuse of power. These materials are the result of the hard and dangerous work of their journalists, and now in addition to moral damage, their lives are also at risk.
In a message to the staff of News24 and the Panorama group, Hysenbelliu invited them to remain strong and proud of their mission, emphasizing: "News24 does not close. The truth does not disappear."
