This Monday morning, a three-story building under construction along the Vlora-Radhimë axis was blown up with 32 kg of TNT explosives, in an operation carried out by IKMT in cooperation with the police. The building, built in violation of the building permit and regulations, collapsed at the height of the tourist season, attracting the attention of vacationers and residents of the area.
During the operation, police, firefighters, and IKMT employees blocked the Vlora-Radhimë road axis for about 30 minutes.
