A serious accident has occurred on the A8 motorway near the Irschenberg junction in Germany, involving a bus carrying passengers from Kosovo and a truck. The incident occurred shortly after midnight, and it is reported that 30 of the 41 passengers on the bus were injured.
German media reports that two of the injured are in serious condition. Investigations into the causes of the accident have begun immediately. The bus collided with the truck, which was driven by a Polish citizen.
According to police, the bus attempted to avoid the collision by swerving to the left, but was unable to stop in time. There is no evidence of any technical defect in either vehicle. Photos from the scene show that the bus sustained significant damage to the front, while the truck sustained damage to the rear, without the driver being injured.
