The Alliance of Free Professionals (APL) has addressed the relevant institutions to share some observations from practice regarding the functioning of the fiscalization system during recent weeks, in the spirit of institutional cooperation and constructive dialogue.
From continuous communication with the professionals and businesses we represent, several situations have been identified that affect the normal use of the system, including:
1. technical difficulties in certain fiscalization processes;
2. operational uncertainty in planning daily activities;
3. need for clearer institutional guidance during periods of technical disruptions.
In this context, APL appreciates the importance of:
1. a guiding and coordinated communication by the responsible institutions;
2. maintaining business confidence in digitalization and formalization processes;
3. structured inter-institutional cooperation for practical and long-term solutions.
We remain ready to actively contribute through:
1. sharing structured feedback from practice;
2. participation in technical discussions and working groups;
3. continuous dialogue in order to improve public policies.
Our approach aims to support institutions in strengthening implementation capacities, ensuring regulatory stability, predictability for businesses and increasing trust in digital reforms, the announcement states.
