Today, the Special Court will hold a hearing on the "Partizani" file with the main defendants, former Prime Minister Sali Berisha and his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi.
Several businessmen are also defendants. The lawyers will present their preliminary requests today, where they will also list the names of witnesses.
