
The Socialist Party and the Democratic Party have once again found common ground in today's parliamentary session, this time on appointments to the Regulatory Commission for Elections. The unification of votes gave priority to Iliriana Nano and Arben Ristani, who were elected members of the Regulatory Commission at the CEC.
In addition to them, Dritan Çaka and Helga Vukaj are reconfirmed in office, while a new name, Bledar Skënderi, was added to the composition of the commission.
The voting results were as follows:
Iliriana Nano – Chairperson of the Regulatory Commission: 116 votes in favor, 2 abstentions, 2 against.
Arben Ristani – Member: 111 votes in favor, 7 against, 2 abstentions.
Dritan Çaka – Member: 116 votes in favor, 2 against, 2 abstentions.
Bledar Skënderi – Member: 113 votes in favor, 5 against, 1 abstention.
Helga Vukaj – Member: 112 votes in favor, 6 against, 3 abstentions.
