Sources close to the 7-hour long Socialist meeting indicate Prime Minister Rama's strong dissatisfaction with the Foreign Ministry.
"The new law should reward that minister. As it is, she does not deserve to be a minister, but only a director. If it stays like this, let her join the Ministry of Health as a director and let Elisa be deputy minister. It is an unacceptable situation," Edi Rama is reported to have said, who said this in the absence of Ms. Spiropali, who had not yet returned from her visit to Ukraine.
Rama has also strongly criticized RTSH, which is failing to reform itself.
"Neither citizens nor the state budget have to pay. They should manage themselves and generate income," the prime minister said.
