Gazment Bardhi has made a self-criticism last night for all the lawsuits (and statements) he has made when he was on the side of Lulzim Basha and against Sali Berisha. Invited to the Syri TV studio, the chairman of the DP parliamentary group did not hesitate to declare that: there is no complaint of Gazment Bardhi against any member of the Democratic Party, today as we speak, in the Special Prosecutor's Office.
"There is no case against any member of the Democratic Party that is open today in the Special Prosecutor's Office", as a result of the complaints.
"There is no report or case based on my report against any member of the Democratic Party."
And this is true. Just as, through this play on words, lawyer Gazment Bardhi forgets to clarify the fact that the Prosecution has not registered the cases. But he does not answer the essential question: does Mr. Bardhi himself stand by the letters he wrote with his full conviction?
Does Mr. Bardhi think that what he wrote, in black and white, from his computer, is true and written of his own free will? Otherwise, if someone forced him to write the lawsuit (according to the current false logic), he must explain to the Democrats why he was forced to write these letters that are found in the archives of the prosecutor's offices, but not only that.
As a good lawyer, Mr. Bardhi knows that lawsuits that are not registered are thrown in the prosecutor's trash. But in politics, the suspicions on which these lawsuits were drafted need to be clarified: are they still present or have they changed?
In other words, Gazment Bardhi has only one simple answer to give: do you still think that the Re-establishment Assembly and Sali Berisha's rostrums were built with Zeni's and Zeni's father's money, or were the Democrats the ones who collected several hundred thousand euros for Sali Berisha to organize a luxurious assembly at "Air Albania"?
Perhaps a little later you will have to answer a more difficult question: is SPAK acting well in investigating this issue as it is doing for the Balluku and AKSH files?
