The Socialist Party and the Democratic Party have agreed to hold a debate on the fight against crime in Parliament. The session will be held on December 18 and the debate is expected to last 120 minutes.
The majority had proposed postponing the debate to another parliamentary session, but this was opposed by the opposition. The Chairman of the DP Parliamentary Group, Gazment Bardhi, stressed that the regulation stipulates the development of the motion within 30 days.
He added that the motion is related to the government's measures against organized crime and comes in the context of international reports that highlight its growth. Bardhi proposed that the debate be added to the agenda of the December 18 session, where the government's measures in this area will be discussed.
