Employees of Hipoteka Vlora are facing pressure after submitting a petition, creating a situation of tension and uncertainty in the institution. Sources within the staff indicate that, after submitting the petition, the employees received support from the deputy director of ASHK Vlora, Sokol Shehaj, but the latter was later dismissed from his post.
The 55 employees of Hipoteka Vlora are being pressured to prepare and send materials to Tirana, which has increased concern about the continuity of their work in the city. The employees say that the created climate is negatively affecting the smooth running of the institution.
In response, the employees have requested the intervention and support of elected representatives and have decided to temporarily suspend work until the situation is clarified and a fair solution is found.
