Parliament has returned to its normal working routine today. The report of the Attorney General, Olsian Çela, was followed by discussions in normal tones by the majority and opposition MPs. No verbal or physical clashes, no noise, but simply debates, albeit essentially banal, about a report towards which each side had its own reservations.
This peace was preceded by the voting, with the votes of the DP and the SP, of the Electoral and Territorial Reform committees. Two committees that, in fact, will probably offer some financial rewards to the participating deputies, but will hardly find a solution for these necessary reforms. History has shown that the DP and the SP have never found agreement, and each party, after losing the election, has blamed the next reform.
However, today's session seems to have plunged the Parliament into the usual rut, where debates are part of the "work", and after them a cup of coffee is enjoyed. Belind Këlliçi replaced Gazment Bardhi in the negotiations on the time and manner of questions to the Prosecutor General and the head of SPAK, which is perhaps a signal that the noise has been replaced by silence in the hall, as it is hard to believe that with the current dynamics of the DP, Gazi will be replaced by Belindi.
