This afternoon, the decisions of the Council of Ministers were revealed. As is rare in revealed decisions, Prime Minister Edi Rama has signed each of these decisions. Among them, dismissals and appointments to the position of deputy minister. Surprisingly, the names revealed are the same ones who were dismissed from that position and also appointed there. In the specific case, Ina Majko is dismissed and appointed to the position of deputy minister of the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs, and Enkelejd Musabelliu is also dismissed and appointed deputy minister of Economy, Culture and Innovation. Apparently, on the first day as signatory of the decisions, Edi Rama had a hard time listing the tasks while appointing and dismissing the same people to the same positions.
