The High Prosecutorial Council announces that the procedure for the selection of the Head of the Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime has been launched and that interviews with candidates will take place on December 11, 2025, at 09:00.
After the interviews, the KLP will continue with the process of selecting the Head of the Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime.
We recall that the four candidates in the race are Adnan Xholi, Klodian Braho, Doloreza Musabelliu and Ervin Gogaj, all part of the current SPAK structure, who are expected to move on to the public interview phase, an open process that will include the assessment of their career, integrity, leadership skills and vision for the future of the institution.
This process begins on the eve of the end of the three-year mandate of the current head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, who leaves on December 18.
