The Constitutional Court did not reach the necessary majority to accept Prime Minister Edi Rama's request, as the vote ended in a 4-4 tie.
According to the rules of operation of the Constitutional Court, the lack of a qualified majority automatically means the rejection of the request submitted by the Prime Minister.
In practice, this result means that SPAK's decision to suspend Belinda Balluku remains in force, as the Court did not overturn it.
