The Supreme Court sets October 2 to review Erion Veliaj's appeal against the security measure "prison arrest".
The Mayor of Tirana appealed against the decision of the Special Court of Appeal that rejected his request and left the coercive measure in force.
Meanwhile, on September 29, the GJKKO will hold the first preliminary session to review the Veliaj file.
The mayor is accused of 13 criminal offenses, while his wife is accused of 11. 28 of their associates, individuals, companies or NGOs, are also defendants.
