The KED completes the evaluation of candidates for the vacant position of Holta Zaçaj on the Constitutional Court and sends the list for appointment to the Supreme Court.
NOTICE
The Judicial Appointments Council (JAC), following the procedures for evaluating the candidacies for which permission has been granted to compete for the vacant position in the Constitutional Court, in accordance with legal provisions, after a comprehensive review of the documentation submitted by the candidates themselves and that provided by this Council, as well as communication with other institutions regarding the data necessary for the evaluation of the candidacies, makes public the results of the evaluation and scoring of the candidates, according to the following order:
1. Asim Vokshi 89.5 points;
2. Naureda Llagami 89.3 points;
3. Florian Ballhysa 77.83 points;
4. Alma Faskaj 77.77 points;
5. Genta Tafa (Bungo) 75.44 points
6. Alban Toro 74.22 points.
In accordance with Article 239 of Law No. 115/2016 and Decision No. 5 dated 02.04.2019 "On the criteria and procedure for the evaluation, scoring and ranking of candidates for vacant positions in the Constitutional Court and the High Inspector of Justice", the KED will also approve the Reasoned Report on the procedure for the verification, evaluation and scoring of each candidate and their final ranking, with the aim of subsequently sending it to the appointing body, the High Court.
