The Administrative Court will draw lots tomorrow to determine the Electoral College panel that will review the request of Albania Becomes. This political force does not recognize the CEC's decision on the only mandate it won in Tirana and is demanding that its leader, Adriatik Lapaj, be elected to the Assembly.

Repeal of decision no. 106, dated 30.07.2025 of the Complaints and Sanctions Commission.
Partial repeal of decision no. 1354, dated 23.07.2025, of the Central Election Commission “On the appointment of the winning candidates of the electoral subject Coalition 'Nisma Shqipëria Bëhet' in the Tirana District electoral zone, for the Assembly elections of 11 May 2025”.

The Complaints and Sanctions Commission (KAS), by Decision No. 106, dated 30.07.2025, has unanimously decided:
Partial acceptance of the appeal request no. 58 of the electoral subject "Albania Movement" for the amendment of the decision no. 1354, dated 23.07.2025 of the Commissioner.
Amendment of point 2 of the decision to declare the winning candidate for deputy from the multi-name list of the entity "Nisma Shqipëria Bëhet" for the Tirana District, declaring Ana Kosta Dajko the winner.
Leaving the decision in force for the remaining part of the enacting clause.
The State Election Commissioner, by Decision No. 1354, dated 23.07.2025, has decided:
Announcement of the winning candidates for MP from the multi-name list of the entity "Nisma Shqipëria Bëhet" for the Tirana District, ranked by preferential votes.
Non-recognition of the revocation of the resignations filed by Zeqir Kordhoni and Kleana Xhuveli.
The announcement of Adriatik Ferman Lapaj as the winning candidate for the parliamentary mandate.
Approval of other candidates who did not win a mandate according to the order of preferential votes.
