Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has appeared before SPAK in compliance with the decision of the Special Court of Appeal that has imposed on him the measure of obligation to appear. Berisha signs before the BKH officers, he makes statements before the Special Prosecutor's Office. The leader of the DP is a defendant in the Partizani file together with his son-in-law and several other persons. The Partizani file is being examined on its merits by the Special Court.
