After a few weeks of absence due to campaign engagement, Florian Binaj returned last night to the role of host of the investigative show "Piranja". At the opening of the program, he held a long monologue, where he spoke about his experience as a candidate for Tirana and his determination to continue the battle against corruption.
“The race for Tirana has stopped, but I don’t have the luxury of taking reflective breaks. I only have the luxury of working and not giving up,” said Binaj, adding that his goal remains the same: “To eradicate corruption from the Municipality of Tirana and return it to the service of the people.”
At the end of the monologue, he hinted that his ambition to be part of the electoral race has not faded:
"Whenever the elections are held – we will take back Tirana. We will clean it of the scum and turn it into a city that makes you proud."
