When Prime Minister Rama announced Diella as a minister, most thought it was just another joke. But no, today President Bajram Begaj gave it the official seal with his decree.
In the signed decree, the president tasks the prime minister with putting the "Ministry of the Sun" into operation.
"The Prime Minister also exercises responsibility for the establishment and functioning of the Minister of Artificial Intelligence, Diella," the decree states.
However, what is questionable is how the president will verify the purity of Diella's image.
This is due to the fact that upon receiving the decrees after the government is mandated, the president will verify the cleanliness of the proposed ministers.
It remains unclear how Diella will be verified, as we are dealing with a minister created by artificial intelligence.
Perhaps Begaj has nothing to verify about Diella's figure, but it must be guaranteed that Diella is incorruptible and meets the parameters to be entrusted with public procurement.
