Diella will not only be the minister responsible for public procurement, but also the advisor to Prime Minister Edi Rama in his fourth term.
The first piece of advice he gave to the prime minister was today, where Rama decided to make it public on social media.
He asked Diella's opinion about the situation created today in the first plenary session, where the opposition blocked the rostrum.
"The sun saw the opening of parliament today and told me: The loser is not the one who falls, but the one who digs where he fell!"
How is it done, I asked him.
"Never stop your opponent who is making a mistake," he replied, "Rama writes."
