Another debate took place today between Gazmend Bardhi and Niko Peleshi, and the reason for the argument was once again Rama.
We recall that the Assembly has been summoned to the Constitutional Court by Gazmend Bardhi, who is also personally defending his appeal.
Meanwhile, Peleshi has sent a specialist from the Legal Directorate to the Constitutional Court to defend the Assembly's decision-making.
The case is different, but Gazmend Bardhi's modus operandi is the same.
Gazmend Bardhi calls Rama, the Assembly rejects the request. No one doubts the political analysis of the cases, just as the majority understands that it cannot hide behind numbers alone.
The legal analyses that the majority has used case after case are certainly in function of a political decision.
Those analyses should be used in the Constitutional Court sessions. And for this, a specialist from the Assembly has been selected.
Gazmend Bardhi is appealing to the Constitutional Court, while the Assembly is represented by technical specialists. A clear signal to the Court that the issue is not of any particular importance to the Assembly. Bardhi has apparently understood this as well.
"Today, Prime Minister Rama is not here, he does not come to the Assembly when requested in interpellations or for debate because the concerns of Albanians, the high prices affected by the increase in fuel prices are not his concern. He came to the Assembly only to block justice and arrest Balluku. Even though he refuses to come here, I will bring him to the Assembly," declared Gazmend Bardhi.
Later, from a statement by Niko Peleshi, it was also understood that Bardhi's accusations against Peleshi, also posted to embassies, had received a response from the Speaker of the Parliament.
Pelesh's response reveals the fact that Bardhi also received a response from the Speaker of the Parliament:
"First of all, tone does not make you right. Shaking your hand also does not make you right. You hit me on the first day with the Constitution and I caught it in the air, I use it. I have sent you the report in writing in response to all your concerns and I know that it can be bitter when numbers face numbers, but this is democracy. Regarding the requested interpellation, there is no violation of the regulations, far from it of the Constitution because you were notified within working hours and you asked to express yourself for 10 minutes. I will strip your speech here of all political content and I am taking it as a request to express yourself here for 10 minutes. It is not a provocation, on the contrary, I am avoiding you. For unparliamentary vocabulary, take the disciplinary measure of drawing attention", said Peleshi.
While awaiting the publication of the response with figures that has arrived at Bardhi's address, we remind the Speaker of the Assembly that accusations of violating the law are not a matter of figures.
When someone reads the Constitution, salvation does not come from an arithmetic book.
